GU11 All-Star Aurora Tournament Champions
The U11G Dixie Athletics won the Championship in the Aurora tournament Sept. 15-16. They played 5 games in total and won them all, even defeating the host team 1-0 in the finals, giving them their first loss in 2 years. Our team played great and most of all had a lot of fun!
U17 Girls All-Star 2012
The U17 Girls All-Star team that is made of U15, U16 and U17 girls Coached by Tony Bayuk, played their 1st tournament on September 8th and 9th in Mississauga . The Dixie Athletic All-Star U17 Girls team played very competitive games, against established U17/U18 teams, like North Toronto Nitros, two teams from North Mississauga and a team from Welland Wizzards. , The girls worked very hard, played with enthusiasm and had fun. This is a very fine group of girls and parents.
DIXIE U8 GIRLS ALL-STAR TEAM Win in Mississauga
U8 Girls All-Star team played their 2nd tournament September 11th in Mississauga . The Dixie Athletic All-Star team played very competitive against established teams like Waterloo , Cambridge and North Mississauga, under the direction of an excellent staff, the team was undefeated in the round robin play with wins against NMSC, Mooredale and draws against Cambridge and Waterloo . The girls worked very hard, played with enthusiasm and had fun. On Sunday the final was very exciting with both teams Dixie and NMSC coming to a draw thru regulation time and 2 x 5 min periods, Dixie with their kicking ability and the excellent goal keeping walked away with the win on penalty kicks 3-0. Congratulations team, nicely done. Everyone this is a very fine group of girls and parents, who are committed in the development of the game. We are sure to see more of these players in the years to come.

DIXIE U8 GIRLS ALL-STAR TEAM - 1st Tourney
U8 Girls All-Star team played their first tournament August 13th in Brampton . With only five practices under their belt, the Dixie Athletic All-Star team played very well against established teams like Waterloo and Brampton , under the direction of ageless Coach Noel, the team came away with a respectable result with 2 wins against Hamilton and Brampton , a tie with Waterloo Eagles and a close loss to Waterloo Warhawks. The girls work really hard, played with gusto and had fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves with a BBQ on Sunday. Congratulations girls and parents, well done. Ladies this is just the beginning.
